Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to all sauna sessions booked at Breck Sauna, operated by Engine House Norfolk Ltd

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms and the Sauna Use Waiver, which forms part of your booking.

1. About Breck Sauna

  • a. Breck Sauna is a small, pre-booked outdoor sauna located within a private residential garden in Ashill, Norfolk.

  • b. Sessions are offered on a limited basis for quiet, low-key wellness use. This is not a party venue or social event space.

2. Bookings and Pricing

  • a. All sessions must be booked in advance via our website.

  • b. Sessions are priced at £60 per session, for up to four people.

  • c. Session length and available times are shown at the point of booking.

  • d. Bookings are subject to availability. We do not accept walk-ins.

3. Who Can Use the Sauna

  • a. Maximum occupancy is four people per session.

  • b. All users must be aged 16 or over.

  • c. Towels are mandatory.

  • d. No alcohol may be consumed before or during sauna use.

  • e. All users must follow safety instructions provided before and during their session.

  • f. Operators are present on site but do not provide medical supervision.

3. Sauna Use Waiver

  • a. Use of the sauna is subject to acceptance of the Sauna Use Waiver as part of the booking process.

  • b. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests are provided and comply with the Sauna Use Waiver and safety guidance.

Health and Safety

  • a. Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and steam and may not be suitable for everyone.

  • b. Drinking water is provided and you should ensure that you remain hydrated.

  • c. Cold showers are available for your use throughout, and we encourage you to use these to cool down.

  • d. You must not use the sauna if you feel unwell or if you have a medical condition that makes sauna use unsafe.

  • e. If you feel unwell at any time during your session, you must exit the sauna immediately.

Behaviour and Residential Setting

  • a. Quiet and respectful behaviour is required at all times, particularly during evening sessions.

  • b. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • c. We reserve the right to refuse access to, or terminate, a session without refund where behaviour compromises safety, neighbours or the nature of the experience.

Cancellations and Changes

  • a. No-shows are non-refundable.

  • b. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • c. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

8. Weather-related disruption:

  • a. If severe weather makes travel unsafe or access to Breck Sauna is disrupted, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a free reschedule.

  • b. If you choose not to travel due to weather conditions but access is unaffected, the standard cancellation policy applies.

9. Liability

  • a. Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, use of the sauna is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

  • a. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • a. These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
