Sauna Use Waiver

Breck Sauna is operated by Engine House Norfolk Ltd

By proceeding with booking and using the sauna, I confirm and/or acknowledge that:

  1. I am aged 16 or over.

  2. I am medically fit to use a sauna and have no condition that would make sauna use unsafe.

  3. I understand that sauna use may not be suitable for certain conditions, including heart conditions, pregnancy or illness, and confirm that I have considered this before booking.

  4. Drinking water is provided and I should ensure that I remain hydrated.

  5. Cold showers are available for my use throughout to cool down.

  6. I understand sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and steam which may cause dizziness, dehydration, fainting or burns.

  7. I confirm that I will not consume alcohol before or during my session.

  8. I understand that the sauna heater and stones become extremely hot and may cause serious burns if touched and that no guard rail is fitted.

  9. I understand that water may be poured onto the stones to create steam and that this may increase heat and steam intensity.

  10. I agree to follow all safety guidance provided before and during my session.

  11. I will exit the sauna immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable.

  12. I accept that use of the sauna is at my own risk and responsibility.

  13. I accept responsibility for my own wellbeing and confirm that I am responsible for ensuring that any guests included in my booking are aware of and comply with this waiver and all safety guidance.

  14. I understand this is a quiet, wellness experience in a residential area, not a party or social event.

  15. I understand that operators are on site but are not providing medical supervision.
