Breck Sauna is a private sauna in Mid Norfolk offering 60-minute sessions for up to four guests. The sauna typically operates at around 80 to 85 °C, with guests free to create steam (löyly) by pouring small amounts of water onto the heater stones.

Between rounds, guests can cool down under the outdoor cold showers and rest outside before returning to the heat. Sessions are self-guided, allowing you to move at your own pace through the older rhythm of sweat-bathing: heat, cold water and rest.

Set within the open Breckland landscape of rural Norfolk, the sauna looks out across wide skies and farmland. Evenings often bring memorable sunsets, distant wind turbines on the horizon, and clear night skies with very little light pollution.
